A special scrambled eggs recipe which is basically simple and easy to prepare. The combo of rich and salty flavor of smoked salmon and fresh dill enhances the taste on this scramble.

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 organic eggs
1 organic egg yolk
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped finely
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 smoked salmon pieces, chopped
1 tablespoon organic olive oil
Directions:
In a bowl, add all ingredients except salmon and oil and beat till well combined.
Stir in chopped salmon.
In a little frying pan, heat oil on medium-low heat.
Add egg mixture and cook, stirring continuously approximately 3-5 minutes or till done completely.
Serve immediately.
